Rated R Webpage

(The WWE Flashes over the blank screen and then the camera opens up to airport. The airport is The Hartford Airlines, it's dark twelve o'clock midnight. A terminal for Hartford opens as people come out and a little later the Various WWE development Superstars make there way out of the gate. Fans and reporters bum rush the smaller development talents, then out comes the Former Undisputed Champion Edge. He has a nice black button up on with a white Tee under it. The Rated R Superstar takes a deep breath before walking all the way out to where the fans are. Edge brushes past the guards as he continues down the corridor and out into the hall with all the fans. They rush him with cameras blazing and pins flying as expected. Edge signs as much as he can and continues to pushes past them as well and grabs his and begins to walk out of the Airport into the parking lot where his black 2010 Chevy Camaro is parked for him by valet. He gets his keys from the over-night worker and is stopped again by someone but this time it's a familiar face. It's Josh Matthews with the WWE production crew.)

Josh: Edge how ya doin?

Edge: Tired really tired gotta get ready for tomorrow night...let me guess you want an autograph too?

Josh: (Laughs a little) No, I'm actually  out here because I want to get your comments on a few things for the WWE Franchise Universe there are a few things that is on everyone's minds that only you and you alone can answer. Can I have a second of your time?

Edge: Yeah go ahead.

Josh: Okay.  (Josh turns to the camera crew and tells them to get rolling.) Ladies and Gentlemen, it's with great pleasure that I bring you the First Ever Four time World Champion, The Rated R Superstar Edge. Good to have you Edge.

Edge: Yes it is good to have me. Just now your ratings and viewers have just spiked.

Josh: There has been a lot of speculation as of late about the motives of Rated RKO. What it would appear to be was that you two are taking a step back into the beginning of 2009 where Rated RKO was the biggest force on Monday nights. Also the attack on Miz seemed to show that shades of the things you both did back in the day such as taking out Ric Flair and Tommy Dreamer. Is it in fact that Rated RKO is being you two are trying to wipe out the roster?

Edge: Well Josh as you stated Rated RKO did dominate the better part of 2009 in both aspects such as feuds and total control of Monday nights. All of that is true everything that we did was aimed for ourselves it was aimed to make our lives much easier as far as competition. It was easy back then take out the strong guys and pick off the easy one's, which we did. However this is a new day and age it's a very new day at that. Orton and I aren't on that trail anymore, what happened to the Miz and his little bodyguard Jackson Matthews was it?

 Josh: Jackson Andrews.

Edge: Oh yeah that's right...whatever. Anyway what happened to them wasn't a slip back to how we operated back in 2009 but it was a demonstration for Miz and his buddy to not stick his nose into things he had no business with, Miz seemed to misunderstand just exactly who I am and who Randy is soooo...we showed him and everyone else in the Franchise Universe instead of telling them. It actually worked out in our favor as there is just one less problem or should I say two less problems to deal with in the Royal Rumble.

Josh: Speaking of The Rumble, tomorrow night is the eight man over the top rope challenge where you, Doink, your partner Randy Orton,  one of your close friends Shane Douglas, your former assistant Cody Rhodes, "The Game" Triple H, Kane,  and CM Punk. Now a few of them had some choice words for you and Randy Orton do you mind if we go through your opponents and get your opinion as singles competitors and as a whole.

(Edge thinks a little bit and then stretches. The Rated R Superstar then scratches his head and laughs then gathers a deep breath.)

Edge: Sure

(Josh then adjusts his jacket and begins to follow up with the next question.)

Josh: So to begin we'll start with "The Game" Triple H who said and I quote " guy who looks like a very obvious blonde transvestite with no skill at all." He even went as far as to say that  he promises that you and Orton wont win this match. WHat are your feelings on this?

(Edge shrugs his shoulders and then tries to explain to Josh .)

Edge: He actually said all of that? Hm..wow I guess Triple H must've forgot how I owned him the whole month of August where he attempted to get my World Championship from me. Triple H has always been a talker and in my opinion will always be one and that's fine because I'm one too. However for him to say I have no skill is very weird seeing as though I've won four World Championships and he has won zero. Triple H is nothing that I need to worry about in the match never has been and never will be. Instead of me calling him all of the names in the world I'll just let my actions speak for me when I toss him over the ropes and laugh in his face.

Josh:  the next is CM Punk. You've never had that much of a run in with him so as a professional what would you say about Punk.

Edge: Hmm not much to say there except...he won't last too long in this challenge, neither will he last that long against Shane.

Josh: Speaking of Shane Douglas he had some questions for you. He is the one who is really questioning your angle teaming back up with Randy. Asking and I quote "How do you know that Randy truly has your back?" He touched on some other stuff like...

(Edge stops him mid sentence)

Edge: Don't bother finishing that. I made it a personal interest to watch his interview, I did hear everything he said. Now let me explain what my mind set is about Orton and Rated RKO. If Orton goes over that top rope, I couldn't careless just like at the Rumble. Orton and I fully understand the fact that it was a every man for himself thing. I don't look to have any friends going into either the Rumble or even this match to get the 30 spot. M y partnership with him and Shane has nothing to do with the WWE Championship which rightfully belongs to me. As a matter of fact given the chance I'll put them both over the ropes given the chance they both know how it is to be champion. Sure I might know more but still they do know. After all is said and done Rated RKO will be still strong with me as champion like always. My mind is on me for this and me only.

Josh: Now next I want to ask about Dashing Cody Rhodes, someone you mentored back in the day. He has been very vocal about how he wants to step out of you and Orton's light and into his own and gain the World Championship for himself, are there any comments you can make towards him?

Edge: Dashing is what he calls himself? Hmmm last time I check it wasn't too "Dashing" to have the face of a mule but I digress. Cody is struggling to make a name for himself outside of what he did with me and Orton and that's fine. He wants to prove that he's worth a dollar that's fine as well. However him wanting to capture my WWE Championship is not something that will happen. I figure he should have been in the Intercontinental Championship match now because he's playing with the big boys right now. All I can say is I hope he doesn't get hurt when I toss him.

Josh: Next is Kane yet another that you have an alliance with.

Edge: Kane and I have a pact to stay out of one anothers way until Nexus is done. However right now he's in my way and all that I can say about him is that if he's in my way then he had better not be near the ropes. Cause just like everyone else, he;s going over and joining Taker at the bottom of the Rumble.

Josh: Well we're running out of time so can I get your final words? Seeing that we couldn't touch all bases can you do that in your final statement?

Edge: Sure. All of this friendship crap means nothing to me going into the Rumble. My mind is on one thing... and that is to become WWE Champion for a 5th time. I don;t need friends I've never needed  friends to do what I do best so this week and at the Rumble, Kane, Orton, and Shane all bets are off the table if they get in my way I'll hurt them with not even a second thought and I expect the same out of them as well especially Shane. Doink, COdy, Kane, SHane, Orton, Triple H, and whomever else there is doenst matter to me because...I'll use a statement that I made two years ago..It's all about me!

(Edge grabs his stuff and walks off past Josh who looks like he wasn't finished.)

Josh: Well thankyou Edge and good luck on the Road to Wrestlemania this is Josh Matthews for WWE.com signing out.
